Dear Friends, Neighbors, Colleagues, Old Friends and Family

As many of you who have known me over the years know I have always had a keen interest in "the arts." Whether it was oil painting, flower arrangement, antiques, interior design, masks or various forms of crafts, I have always designed, created, and studied in various mediums.

A few years ago I visited a jewelry store on the Cape that specialized in making jewelry out of vintage pieces and was fascinated. I began saving designs and pictures for use one day, when I had more time.

A year ago while having lunch with a couple friends, the subject of jewelry came up and when my friend Leslie mentioned her interest in vintage jewelry, I was "hooked." We immediately started taking courses together as far away as Maine and I haven't stopped making jewelry since!

Most of my pieces begin with a vintage piece such as crystals, pearls, a broach, or ring and even vintage buttons. Each piece is one of a kind creation. I use Freshwater Pearls, Sterling Silver, Gold Vermeil, and Semi-Precious Stones.

Please take a minute to look at some of my work on this site. I would love to hear from you and would value your opinion. Sign my guestbook and let me know what you think! Also, if you have an old family piece such as a cameo, brooch, or pendant, I would love to create something for you or you can purchase a piece already made. The holidays are upon us and these make truly unique gifts!

Happy Holidays To All!

Jean
